The headpiece is the reason to take this nurse costume as a set. Plenty of short dresses arrive on their own; the cap with the same heart and cross is the piece that usually does not. The side cut-outs are what stop it looking like a closed mini. Worth knowing before you order: the skirt is short and the waist is open at the sides, so coverage is low through the hip and the midriff. If you want a closed dress to the knee, this isn't that costume.
