Refund Policy

Lingerie Hut aims to make returns easy and hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact Us First (Recommended) - We recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team at before returning an item. We will try to resolve any issues, provide a replacement, or offer a solution before needing to ship an item back.

  2. Initiate a Return Request Online - Go to, click on Returns & Refunds form at the bottom under Customer Care ( or Click here) and fill out the return request form. Provide your order number, reason for return, and your preferred refund method.

  3. Receive a Return Shipping Label -
    Subject to the terms and conditions herein, please be advised that the issuance of a return shipping label by 'Lingerie Hut' shall only occur in instances where the customer has incurred and paid for shipping costs associated with their order. In the event that the customer's order qualified for and was shipped under a free shipping promotion, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of the items at their own expense. The customer must securely package the returned items and pay for the return postage to ensure the items are received by the Company in their original condition. The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned items do not meet the Company's return policy requirements.

  4. If you have paid for shipping for your order, We will email you a prepaid return shipping label to print out, along with instructions on where to attach it and send your return.

  5. Pack and Ship the Return - Place the unused item(s) in original packaging and condition, with tags attached. Attach the shipping label to the box and drop off at your selected carrier for return delivery to our warehouse.

  6. Receive Refund Confirmation - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund &  notify you by email within 2 business days on whether the return is approved.

  7. Refund Issued and Received - If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within 3-5 business days from approval notification. Allow additional time for the refund to post to your account.

Return Guidelines:

- Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused with tags still attached.
- Custom, sale, personalized, perishable, and personal care items are non-refundable.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases cannot be returned.
- Refunds are only issued once the returned item passes inspection upon receipt.


For exchanges, please return the item following the returns process first. Once we receive and approve the return, you may place a new order for the item you would like to exchange it for.
