• 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging; items returned worn, washed, scented or without tags may have a deduction applied.
• For hygiene reasons, sealed hygiene items (such as briefs, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear and hosiery) cannot be returned for change of mind once opened.
• If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have a separate 30-day right to a full refund.
• For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you.

Once we have received and checked your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. A deduction may apply if an item has been worn, washed or had its tags removed, and opened hygiene items cannot be returned for change of mind.
