    3. Receive a Return Shipping Label -
      Subject to the terms and conditions herein, please be advised that the issuance of a return shipping label by 'Lingerie Hut' shall only occur in instances where the customer has incurred and paid for shipping costs associated with their order. In the event that the customer's order qualified for and was shipped under a free shipping promotion, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of the items at their own expense. The customer must securely package the returned items and pay for the return postage to ensure the items are received by the Company in their original condition.
